Here’s the fail-proof way to make sure it happens using my “CPD” framework 

Like me, you probably want to achieve SO MUCH in your life. 

You want to spend more quality time with your family… You want to enjoy life more…You want to be a better friend… You want to have a successful business…And, you want to be healthier and fitter. 

What’s stopping you from doing this right now? The answer often boils down to a lack of time and money. 

As business owners, we’re in a unique position to be able to create a business that provides the lifestyle we want. 

And HR consultants are particularly lucky. You can easily create or transform your business into a subscription based, recurring revenue business model - which provides a stress-free, stable form of income. 

And with this type of work and income, you can easily scale, systemise or delegate your business activities to free up your time. 

But so many consultants I speak to are trapped…

They’re trapped selling their time for money. And they’re so busy looking after the clients they have, that they don’t have any time to work ON the business. 

And month after month, they aren’t able to make any progress. 

To help you win at life, I've adopted the term “Continual Personal Development” and made it my own to help you do just that… 

Step 1: Clarify 

If you’re feeling stuck, the best thing you can do is create clarity for yourself. 

What is it that you want to achieve in life? What does your business need to provide in order to make this happen? 

And create a solid vision for your life and goals for the business to help you achieve this. 

Step 2: Prioritise 

Once you’ve created this clarity, you then need to look at what you’re doing on a daily basis to help you achieve your goals. 

This might mean that working ON the business gets bumped up to the top of your priority list. 

Step 3: Delegate 

The sooner you realise you can’t do everything, the better. Because you are massively slowing your progress down with this mindset. 

You know what you want to achieve and you’ve now prioritised the actions you need to get there - now it’s time to make it happen and fast. 

Often, the quickest way to get something done is by delegating it to someone else. 

This can either be your marketing, which you could easily delegate to a VA, or it could be the delivery of your packages, which you could easily delegate to an associate or HR assistant - if you have the recurring funds to pay for this.
